Return & Refund Policy
- If any product fault in 24 hours then it might be refund but be sure that product, it’s package & other things not be damage and missing with detailed unboxing video. Note: After 24 hours customer can’t ask for refund. But After 24 hours customer have to Claim Warranty.
- If any product fault in 24 hours then you have to send the product to our shop/return address. After successful inspection we will process the refund based on our policy.
- If any product found not faulty to our inspection department then the product will not refundable.
- If product and It’s box is damaged by customer or any item missing then it will not refundable.
- If, after receiving the purchased product from the delivery person according to the details on IBMC website, it is not supported on your specific device or you are no longer willing to purchase it, the product cannot be returned or exchanged for these reasons.
- Delivery Charges & Condition Charges are not Refundable.
- Limited Stock and Call for Price items are not always available in stock or item price is not constant.
- If any order cancel, Money will refund to customer (If customer paid already for the order) within 3 to 10 Working days.
- Without proper unboxing video not refund request will not be acceptable.
