1)         If any order cancel or refund for specific reason, for Online Payment (SSLCOMMERZ) the refund time of the payment is 7 to 10 working days.

2)         If a customer is buying the products from our shops, then please make sure to check the products in front of our sellers. Later, if any problems occur than the customer will not be entitled to any changes but will be given services based on the products provided description. (Warranty)

3)         In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered than customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.

4)         If a customer received a manufacturing defected product than the customer has to visit our office where our specialists will review the product first and then take the necessary steps to changing the product if it is in need of replacement.

6)         If a Customer is buying any product from our Website after reading the description and provided information’s  about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it any more, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product. 

7)         With specific reasoning’s, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 7 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.

8)         Refund charge applicable for Bkash / Online / POS payment refund.

10)        If any product fault in 24 hours then it might be refund but be sure that product, it’s package & other things not be damage and missing. Note: After 24 hours customer can’t ask for refund. But After 24 hours customer have to Claim Warranty.

11)         If any product fault in 7 days then company will bear the courier expenses for warranty service.

12)        Discuss Bangladesh Computer Association’s Sales Return Policy right here. “Sales return policy is very important at the retail level. Due to the product shortage in the market, it may not be possible for the seller to provide warranty service on time despite the customer’s warranty service claim. Besides, in case of delay or failure in providing warranty service for any other reason, the seller can do sales return in view of the customer’s demand. In case of sales returns, a deduction of 25% per annum will be made from the sale price as depreciation.”
